Terms of Service

BiPSDEX is a self cutody wallet. We never hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for your assets. Please read these terms carefully before use.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the BiPSDEX application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About BiPSDEX

BiPSDEX is a non-custodial, self cutody digital asset wallet developed and operated by BiPS Lab L.L.C. The App currently enables users to receive, hold, and send supported digital assets.

3. Self Cutody — Your Keys, Your Responsibility

BiPS Lab L.L.C. does not:

Store, access, or control your private keys or seed phrases.
Have the ability to recover your wallet if you lose your seed phrase.
Hold your digital assets at any time.
Reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction.

You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase and private keys. Loss of your seed phrase means permanent, irrecoverable loss of access to your assets.

4. Eligibility

There is no age restriction, but you must know what you are doing and be legally permitted to use digital asset software in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the App or these Terms constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and carry significant risk. You accept all risks associated with holding and transacting digital assets.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use BiPSDEX to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Conduct money laundering, fraud, or any illicit activity.
Circumvent sanctions or export controls.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BiPS Lab L.L.C. makes no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiPS Lab L.L.C. and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of digital assets, arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BiPS Lab L.L.C. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which BiPS Lab L.L.C. is registered.
