Privacy by design. BiPSDEX is a self cutody wallet. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds — and we never will. We collect no personal data whatsoever.
BiPSDEX is a non-custodial digital asset wallet operated by BiPS Lab L.L.C. ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the BiPSDEX application.

All transactions you initiate are broadcast directly to public blockchain networks. By nature, blockchain transactions are public and immutable. BiPS Lab L.L.C. has no control over and no access to information stored on public blockchains.
The App may interact with public blockchain nodes or RPC providers to broadcast and confirm transactions. These third parties operate independently and have their own privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies.
We do not collect or store any personal data. If you contact us directly, we retain only the information necessary to respond to your enquiry and delete it once resolved.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
